Hi everyone!
I'm glad to present two Chef knives made by me))
M398 steel on both, 65HRC hardness
With ironwood - blade 220-51-2,7mm beveled to 0,2mm, 130mm handle with titanium bolster - sold out
With carbon fiber - blade 190-50-2,5mm beveled to 0,2mm , 125mm handle with titanium bolster - sold out

those look sick, but I'm a sucker for nice carbon fiber and super steel - I only wish I could feel it's texture.

is the carbon fiber handle perfectly smooth, or can you feel the fiber weaves?

carbon fiber handle is smooth but not slippery, the texture is not felt by the fingers
 
I don't understand what one has to do with the other.
I'm pretty sure it was a joke.
But there are many studies out there across many fields that show that results improve when one is confident (with tools, with what they are doing, etc) compare to subjects who aren't as confident, and also when one is enjoying what they are doing compared to not, so there might be a correlation.
