Here we have a couple of budget users for your enjoyment.
The first is a No. 6 Opinel, Inox Blade, Bubinga wood handle. Never used or carried. Not much else to say about it as I'm sure we're all familiar with Opinel.
The next one started life as a Schrade 204 TL29 with the brown delrin handle. It had bounced around in my tool bag for years and wasn't used but had a lot of patina and knocks. Ken Coats was doing some work for me so for fun I tossed this one in. He pulled it apart, buffed everything up, made it into a single blade, and added the EO notch which I think is a nice addition. The brown delrin buffed and shaped a bit looks kinda nice as well. Small fracture by one center pin was glued. Bit of patina forming which looks like my fingerprints which will polish off. Nice half stop and snap. Good edge, sharp.
