Laminated Hitachi white steel blades, stainless cladding, hand forged and heat treated to 63-64 RC.
Blades are polished belt finish and kingwood handle.
These are balanced slightly handle heavy making the blade feel light and lively.
The smaller is 4" and the larger is 5 3/4" lengths
