Paring knife with 4 1/8” blade of Damascus suminagashi with Takefu white steel core. Blue dyed and stabilized Buckeye Burl handle. Full tang handle. This steel takes a fantastic sharp edge. Hand forged and quenched in water to 63-63 RC
