This is a nice knife but it just doesn't fit into my EDC rotation.

Hubertus (Otter made) 08 size stag. I bought this as new however I did work on it a little to smooth up and blend the square corners of the stag scales and sharpen the blade.

I bought it off the classifieds here. Asking Sold pending funds shipped - US addresses only. Payment by Zelle, PP G&S, a check if you have a history here.

How is the spring action on this small Hubie. I have several larger models. Hubertus leverlocks are my favorite autos. They are built like tanks! I am interested, PM me.

Spring action is good and snappy. Knife was new when I got it a few months ago and I have not used it much.

I liked the way you rounded the side edges of the stag scales. Better feel in the hand, rather than the original 90 degree originals. I should probably do the same to the ones in my safe. All mine are stag, except one which is of buffalo horn. I am a disables Vietnam vet with diabetes and neuropathy starting in my hands. I have some difficulty opening a small manual folder which I carry for opening mail, packages, etc. I was wondering if a small hubertus like yours would be a suitable substitude
