300 shipped! This 7" chef is in 1/8 Aeb l stainless @62 with gorgeous Cholla cactus cast with malachite shards and red g10 liners. We gave this a medium thin convex grind perfect for trimming meat or veggies making it very utilitarian. We also gave this blade flint knapping along the spine for looks
