Purchased this impact driver new and only used once for about 15 minutes to assemble a patio chair. It's registered with the DeWalt site (see pic below) and it is still in warranty. It is essentially brand new, it bears no scratches or use marks of any kind. I am selling the tool only and am providing a video below to illustrate that it is fully operational.
The driver is tool only no battery is included.
