I’ve been thinking about making a knife like this for quite a while, and this is it. Hidden tang construction, brass pin (not visible). Elk stag handle. Bolster is gut hafting cordage.
OAL 7” with a 8670 carbon steel 3” blade.
Textured flats, stone wash finish.
Asking $145 plus $10 shipping CUSA
Now $135
One photo shows a striker. If interested I can include that for an extra $30.
Comments and/or feedback appreciated.

That is a fine looking knife with a lot of personality. I am unfamiliar the with gut hafting cordage used as a bolster. Would you know how durable is it in wet conditions and over time?
Thank you. I wouldn’t recommend it in totally wet or submerged usage. But for general use it should hold up. I saturated the hafting with CA glue so it shouldn’t be a problem as long as it’s dried after use. I would love to give you a definite answer but this is my first time using it. Although I know it’s been used by other makers for primitive work. Also I stand behind my work. You love it or return it for a full refund- unless the knife has been abused.
Thanks for reaching out.
Paul
