This is a like new, never used PDW titanium lighter. I picked this up earlier this year directly from PDW with the intention of swapping out the lighter insert with a butane insert that I have in my Zippo. Sadly, the butane insert didn't fit so this went back into the box. I never filled the lighter with fluid or carried it, it's in the exact condition as when I received it.
