This stunning Protech, is the Large Don (this is a really BIG knife!), it's in LNIB safe queen condition & it's F&F is perfect! This fires flawlessly & with authority, absolutely dead center blade positioning, & solid lockup. The carbon inserts on this, contrasted with it's beautiful Satin Silver handles, combined with Protech commitment to quality, puts this one at the top of it's class, compared to other very Large automatics.

These pictures aren't the greatest (my camera's being repaired), but you have my word, that this is one sweet very impressive looking knife, in person!

The Protech Knives Large Don is an extra-large automatic folder with a distinctive design inspired by traditional Italian folding Stilettos. The Large Don incorporates Protech's American innovation of the automatic Stiletto featuring modern materials, high tech manufacturing, advanced coil spring mechanism, and quality American production. This version has a satin finished 154CM blade, satin silver aluminum handles and handsome Carbon Fiber Inlays.

Blade: With a nearly 4.5" long blade made of American 154CM stainless steel the Large Don has plenty of cutting edge for utility tasks. A nearly full length swedge makes for an exceptionally fine point that gives this knife some of the highest levels of piercing performance around and classic stiletto styling paired with the curving dual guards. The blade has a fine, bright satin finish that is as stunning as it is high performance. The blade deploys via a button operated coil spring mechanism that is fast and smooth giving you quick access when the seconds count.

Handle: A contoured, coffin-shaped handle made of 6061-T6 aluminum provides a comfortable in-hand feel in a variety of grips and deploys smoothly from the pocket for use. The Carbon Fiber Inlays contrast nicely with the satin silver aluminum handles and satin hardware, elevating this knife to the Gentleman's Tactical category making it a very classy blade for display or carry.

As with traditional stiletto knives the Large Don does not have a pocket clip.

Comes with a velvet lined, snap lid, display and storage box.

Crucible 154CM: An improved version of 440C with added molybdenum, 154CM offers improved corrosion resistance and edge retention, as well as a higher level wear resistance.
