What is the action like? Strong spring? How's the centering? Any blade play? PayPal OK? Why UPS only?

The blade is centered and there is no play. It fires as hard as any other Protech I have tried (I did only fire it once, but it seems strong). Paypal is OK. UPS only because it is illegal to ship autos through mail.
