Here's a Pukko in 8670 with a Tiffany G10 and brown wood stabilized handle and a kydex sheath.
From the maker:
The 8670 gets heated to 1500 degrees. Once it reaches that temperature it gets pulled out and air cooled until no longer glowing. Then back in for a heat soak, then oil quenched. Popped in the oven for 2 rounds of 350 degrees for 3 hrs total.
Marks are from oxidation between grinding lines. Cosmetic only, could be sanded out. We are stepping up our process currently, but the prices will be higher
The tiffany blue is g10, the very dark brown is stabilized wood
Asking what I picked it up for:
$old
