This is a new design for me. So far this is a one-off, but I may make another at some point. I brought the "clip" all the way back to meet the thumb ramp and ground a swedge back to the same point. I oiled and waxed the scales to bring out some color for the photos but I can wipe them down with acetone and leech out the oil with some dry leather before shipping if desired. This will make the layers in the material more prominent as well.

If you aren't satisfied for any reason, contact me within 7 days and ship it back in original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund including shipping.

Asking SOLD - Thanks! shipped to the lower 48. Paypal is preferred.

Specs:
.25" thick 440C steel, bead blasted
Green canvas Micarta scales with black G-10 liners, stainless hardware
10" Overall, Tip to scales is ~5 1/4"
Simple pouch sheath

Mark,

Wow! I can’t take my eyes off that knife. I’ve been staring at it for the last 5 minutes straight.

I’ve already been through my tactical knife stage. I finally realized that I’m not in Seal Team 6 and I don’t use big knives (my butter zone is 3.5 to 4.25”). So many of the tactical knives I see are pretty cool to look at but have questionable design features (more for aesthetics than function).

When I saw your ad I almost passed, seeing the word “tactical”. Then I got suckered in by the word “Utility” (my domain).

The lines on this knife are near perfect. I like the way you rounded the scales to prevent hot spots. It looks all business without gimmicks or the “Rambo” touch. Kudos.

If you ever decide to make a little brother knife (Tactical Utility II), let me know. 4” blade, 1/8” thick, grind that extends closer to scales, reduce handle length a bit. (Hint, hint)

For big knife guys, this baby is just about right. Nicely done.

TR (going back to staring at the knife).

Thanks for the kind words, TR! I'll keep you posted if I make a downsized version of this one.... have to catch up on a few orders first though

I'll take it if still available. PM me your PP info, and let me know if it's mine.
