I have a Rolex Cellini, ref no. 6623 in 18K white gold on a brown crocodile strap, no box or paperwork, just the watch. The local Rolex AD told me that the watch needs an overhaul and estimated the cost at $1,100. I don't want to put any money into the watch, I'm hoping someone here has the means to repair it and will enjoy it.
This was my uncle's watch, he wasn't the type to hang onto the box or paperwork so he tossed it. He gave the watch to my dad and my dad passed it on to me when it stopped running. I took the watch to a local Rolex AD (Ben Bridge), a scan of the intake receipt is attached. As mentioned, there is no box or paperwork, just the watch itself.
I would rate the cosmetic condition as a TZ Good (77%-82%) as there are numerous small nicks and dings on the case. There are some small scratches and nicks on the bezel but the crystal is clean and unmarked. There is also a bit of bend in the strap though it still looks good. Please let me know if I can take any other pictures to help show the condition of the watch.
I'm asking $2,100>SOLD, payment through PayPal G&S, shipped via USPS Priority Mail, insured for the full sale amount. Please PM me if you are interested. Thanks.
