Up for sale is my Ruixin Pro sharpening system, includes the stones that came with it but I recommend buying some diamond stones similar to what the Apex sharpening system uses, as they will clamp in the holder the same way.
clamps to the table, the blade clamps in the jaws and you can pull the jaws out and rotate the knife to sharpen the other side. I've used it but have gone back to sharpening free hand on bench stones.

I have bought a few upgrades on this, new pivot system, little hanger that you can rest the rod on, and a pull and turn lever locking handle as well.
