This fillet is built using a Dexter Knife Co. U.S.A ,ss blade,marked Russell Green River works,stain free,made in U.S.A. ,etched on blade, it is 1/16" thick & has a little flex to it,but not a lot. Blue Jeans Kirinite,is what I think they call this handsome pattern. OAL is 11-5/8" ,blade is 6.5" with 6.25" of edge. I used thicker scales on this thin blank to make a full size handle. Three 1/8" size nickel pins,I peen them prior to finishing the handle out for a good hold. I think it'll make a nice fillet & also a good one in your kitchen for tomatoes ,and other slicing and food prep too. You can easily find a leather sheath for this on line.

Get the red pearl like Kirinite pare included.That small parer has a ss blade.
