Shirogorov Russian Hokkaido
Limited edition Barker collaboration, #93/200
Roller bearing system, Vanax 37 compound tanto blade, polished bronze pivot collars and brushed bronze backspacer.
2nd owner
Comes with original box, cloth, and both COA’s as pictured. The box shows signs of wear, and the English COA card has some discoloration - please see photos. The COA sheet (in Russian) is in pristine condition.
This Russian Hokkaido was carried by the previous owner and myself. The blade has been put through paper only and still has the factory razor sharp edge. Has not been sharpened, or stropped, and shows zero signs of use.
The previous owner did carry this and that is where the dings and snails shown in the photos / vid came from. I could not bring myself to carry this piece. Lockup and action are what you would expect from a Shiro collaboration (exceptional).
The bearings could use some lubrication (from the sound of them, they are not gritty at all) but I’m not going to try and take it apart. Knife functions perfectly as is.
These dings/snails could be taken care of through a Shiro Spa through Recon 1, but I will let the next owner take on that venture
