I recently received this Cattle Knife from Ryuichi, he was a pleasure to work with! He obliged to make his Cattle Knife pattern with a small clip blade (instead of the usual pen) and I also asked if he would put a long pull on the main blade. This is the only Cattle Knife with this configuration at the moment. He does not use long pulls very often. This knife is still mint condition, just as received from Ryu, never carried or used.
Fit and finish on this knife can not be topped, it is every bit top tier quality with the likes of Tony Bose (he praises Ryu's work). All blades are hand rubbed with polished tangs, have half stops, smooth pulls (even for all blades which is nice!), springs are flush in all positions, no gaps at all, blades lie so that there's no rub, blade well is mirror polished, stag is amazing!
3-5/8" closed, blade steel is ATS-34.
