*SOLD* S35VN Nakiri with Amboyna Burl

Hi all, I've recently finished up this Nakiri and have it up for sale today. The blade is thin S35VN heat treated by Peter's to RC61 and hand finished to 400 grit. The handle is gorgeous Amboyna Burl with a ferrule made from the same Amboyna Burl but is bias cut to include some sap wood. The handle is capped with textured copper and the spacers are black micarta.
SPECS:
OAL:
340mm (13 3/8")
BLADE: 185mm (7 1/4") long, 2" heel height, initial flat grind with the majority being convex to near zero.
STEEL: 0.06" S35VN heat treated by Peter's to RC61
HANDLE: Amboyna Burl with bias cut Amboyna Burl including sapwood, textured copper cap and black micarta spacers.

Man!!! I’ve been checking every couple days waiting for a Nakiri to pop up for sale. This beaut shows up and I’m half a day late for the show.
Thanks, yea they usually linger a little longer.
I’ll bet he could make a couple more of those.
Haha, as long as they keep making steel I'll be making knives out of it. :D
