I have been posting a few of my user grade kitchen knives recently and these have been the choice of many pros since Its super spartan blade finish makes them very affordable and easy resharpen/ reshape or clean up. Its thé same steel, the same Heat treatment minus thé Time spent on a more sophisticated finish that will also require more atention from the user.
This Time it is a Santoku with a 16cm (about 6 1/4”) long, chisel ground, sellectivelly hardened 1095 steel blade. The octagon handle is jacarandá wood with a Nice detail in imbuia burl. US$ 125.00 plus US$ 30.00 for worldwide shipping. PayPal welcome!
SOLD! Thanks!
