This is a catch-and-release for me, in factory-new condition.

I doubt you'll find a better sample of this product than this knife. The manufacturing quality is excellent, even at the microscopic level.

The photo above shows the sharpened edge, seen edge-on. The thin band in the center which appears free of grind lines is the secondary microbevel.

Price is sold.
