I have bought and sold MANY times here and elsewhere and have NEVER had a deal go bad. However, I think it is prudent to have all terms and expectations in writing before a deal is made.
I will ship via shipper of my choice. If you want a specific shipper please request via PM.
Knives will only be shipped to a confirmed PayPal address. If buyer wants the knife shipped elsewhere I will do so but I will not be held responsible for loss of the knife for any reason after knife is shipped. Buyer assumes all responsibility for the knife once it is shipped if requested to ship to a non-confirmed address.
Knives may require signature conformation. If buyer wants to waive signature conformation I will do so but I will not be held responsible for loss of the knife for any reason after knife is shipped. Buyer assumes all responsibility for the knife once it is shipped if buyer waives signature conformation.
International buyers welcomed. However I will not be held responsible for loss of the knife for any reason after knife is shipped. Buyer assumes all responsibility for the knife once it is shipped. Additional shipping charge may be required.
Returns:
Buyer is welcomed to a 72 hour inspection period. If you are unsatisfied with the knife FOR ANY REASON contact me within the 72 hour inspection period and I will arrange for a FULL refund. Buyer must contact me via PM here or by email within 72 hours of delivery conformation. Knife must be returned in the same condition as it was when I shipped it. If you use it or alter it in any way no refund will be issued and the knife will be returned to you. Buyer is responsible for the safe return of the knife to me. If the knife does not reach me for any reason, no refund will be issued.
If the knife is returned to me by the shipper as undeliverable a refund will be issued less shipping.
I would ask that the buyer notify me when the knife is safely delivered. I would also ask that the buyer contact me within the 72 hour inspection period if they are satisfied with the knife. However, if the buyer does not contact me within 72 hours of delivery conformation I will assume you are satisfied with our deal and our business will be concluded. No refunds will be issued after 72 hours inspection period.
