I am posting up one of my ScrapMax 3.75 for sale. This one has been gently used in the kitchen only, and to create a few fuzzsticks....Got a few character scratches, but knife is in great condition. The point is off on this one...came that way from the factory. Didn't bother me much...still slices great. You can see in the picture that the point doesn't come straight out to a "point" so much....almost drops down just a smidge.
As you may know...Scrapyard ElMax steel, .090" thick, full height grind. Slicer, per Dan @ Scrapyard....and it does this job well!
