This is a made-in-Japan, JDM quartz purchased from a Japanese vendor. $60

Dimensions:
37.4 mm diameter
44.4 mm lug-to-lug
20 mm lugs

Currently sized for 7.25" wrist. Comes with all extra links, as well as box, etc.
