Came to me as LNIB, and I carried it for a couple of days and flipped it a bunch because it's super fun to flip. Too small for me, though, and doesn't lock. That said, it does have a detent ball (I think, haven't disassembled) that does a pretty good job of keeping it open until you put a little pressure on the blade, then it snaps shut pretty easily.
Blade is centered, there might be a little wear on the clip, it's hard to tell due to the finish on it. M390 blade, which is pretty sharp with the factory edge. I have the box and paperwork.
