This is a gorgeous set of knives. If you try Francisco’s work, you will not be disappointed. They are high performance kitchen steel. Very thin grinds and super sharp. He is doing nice work with high carbon and stainless. I now have 8 of his knives, and I am still tempted to buy these two. Nice work!!!
