**SOLD**
A rare one up for trade/sale this morning.
I would prefer to trade this Lone Star Sailor's knife for a GEC-made #38 "American Whittler" (Chestnut peach seed jigged bone w/ federal shield).
But it's also up for sale. The Sailor's Knife was a SFO by Lone Star. The steel is Devin Thomas Raindrop Damascus. The wood is teak, reclaimed from the 1877 Tall Ship Barque Elissa (it's wood out of the captain's quarters). They only made 25 of these knives and they retailed for $200. This is built on the #15 pattern.
I'm asking $OLD net to me and I ship it priority mail. Again, I would prefer to trade for the whittler, but it is for sale.
Please note that the blade is just a tiny bit off center, but definitely NOT rubbing. Just don't want there to be any surprises.
Please PM or email if you want to trade/purchase.
