This scale is an amazing upgrade to the spydiechef platform. This particular scale has a much higher amount of copper dust visible than the few other ones of these that I’ve seen, and definitely takes the chef to a whole new level. This one is used, as it was already mounted & lightly carried on one of my chefs. As a custom scale from Cuscadi, this may require a little sanding/hand-fitting on your particular knife. It mounted to mine nicely, but I’ve heard that others have had to lightly sand in the pivot area to get their desired centering. These can be ordered through Cuscadi directly for about a hundo, but you’ll be waiting, and will have to take what you get as far as cosmetics when it arrives. Or, you can get this one, knowing exactly what it looks like beforehand, and have it within several days via USPS priority, all while saving a little coin. Scale only.
