I have always wanted a Chris Reeve knife as they are the "gold standard" I always heard about. Saw this one with my birthday (and my name is Chris)- so I had an impulse purchase. Well, I have learned some things. This knife is truly a gold standard knife. Perfect everything. However, I also learned I do not like all metal knives and I do not like frame locks. My collection is almost all fixed blades. I just got into some higher end folders (TRM, Mighty Mouse, higher end Chinese) and this is my first metal and frame lock and it is just not for me... I did carry it a 2-3 times in a school environment, also did the obligatory paper cutting- but nothing else. It is a 9+ (since carried it I won't call it like-new). I will knock $10 off each time I carried it for my own learning/trying purposes. Paid $375- asking $345 including shipping. PayPal or Venmo. Must know local laws and follow them. 18+ age to purchase. Will be pulled if does not sell by October 7 as I am leaving for 2 weeks to Guyana and trying to raise funds for the trip. PM for additional pics. Photos taken today.
