I purchased this small 21 here on the forum in April of this year. It has a June 21, 2017 birthday and comes with box and everything shown (leather sheath, clip spacer, lanyard). I carried it a couple times carefully and flipped it a bit, but otherwise it's just been sitting in the case. I did take it apart (using provided Wiha wrench) only to remove the lanyard so I wouldn't have to unravel or cut it off. It's in very good lightly used shape, factory edge, smooth action.
