I purchased this Small Sebenza 31 new in 2022. It has a manufacture date of April 27, 2022. Model S31-1000, S45VN steel, plain edge, drop point blade, titanium frame.
It has probably been very gently carried maybe a few times at most, and may have been used to open a couple envelopes. Though I may have never cut anything with it. The blade looks new.
It's solid and smooth, and in excellent condition. Aside from a very small shiny spot on the clip, I'd say it looks brand new. See pics.
Comes with the original box and all paperwork, cloth, tool, unused grease and Loctite tubes, and lanyard (which I removed).
