Small Strizh Carbon Fiber, M390, Zirc Thumb Studs, Mirror Edge
$275 PayPal F&F, will consider any offers
Full carbon fiber Strizh with M390 on washers. No signs of carry or use that I can see. I added double zirc thumbstuds, polished washers, and just finished a razor sharp, 18 DPS mirror edge. Comes with original box, COA, and original thumb stud.
The mirror isn't perfect if you look really close, I guess I was a little impatient with a mid-range stone. Shiny and cuts like a laser, though. Centering is perfect, Sebenza-smooth action, solid lock up. These studs can be reverse-flicked with a little practice, and it'll front flip if you're determined enough. A previous owner had installed a set of Ti studs and used some sort of epoxy inside the threaded hole, so the factory thumbstud won't go back in unless you can get that stuff off.
Note that there is a discoloration on the blade from when I sharpened it on my Wicked Edge. I usually clamp my blades with a piece of paper to protect the blade from the vice/jaws. There is a very faint shadow left where the paper was in contact with the blade. I couldn't get it off with alcohol or dish soap so idk what the deal is. This happened to a Hinderer that I did a long time ago and it eventually went away. If anyone has any insight on this, I'd like to hear it!
Trades:
Pakkawood Hap-40 Delica
Small Sebenza 21 Damascus, plain-jane or black micarta
Tanto Sebenzas or Umnumzaan
