It is a user; has small scratches on handle and blade but still beautiful--it's really something the way the colors change in different light and at different angles. I took the liberty of buffing the silver areas of the scale lightly with some metal polish because I like it better than when it had scratches that stood out. CRK may be able to refinish the scale if you are interestedPics pretty much speak for themselves. Complete kit including lanyard and pin, leather slip, cloth, box, card, wrench.
