This one is finally hitting the for sale thread unfortunately for me. The Sniper Bladeworks DH is my favorite knife of all time, hence my username: Dark Hollow.
This DH has been a safe baby for its entire life. Never Used. Never Carried. I look at her, but I never touch. So in other words: NIB, MINT, ETC whatever you want to call it. Why would I sell my favorite knife of all time? Because I need money, and I need it ultra fast. Period.
The DH (AKA Dark Hallow) is a blade born in the field. Admittedly drawn up on the job, by Lance, the DH concept was designed to encompass various elements that would make it an ideal folding field knife with combat ability and agility. The DH features robust blade geometry that provides a good belly that can be utilized for anything from combat application to skinning a dear.
This particular DH is a beautiful yet menacing frame lock folder that can be summed up in one word: MONSTER. Besides being a Monster Pocket Cleaver capable of just about anything you can think of as mentioned above, its not too large or too heavy like some of the other Tank folders out there due to having ALL TITANIUM HARDWARE, making this the perfect EDC, because titanium + open construction = lighter weight. And the size is just right with an overall length under 9"
This DH has ALL ANODIZED TITANIUM HARDWARE. Yes, everything from the standoffs to the pivot screws are titanium. This DH is also open construction, killing three birds with one stone: Weight relief, Easy to clean, and Down Right Gorgeous.
The Blade on this beauty is 154CM. A blade steel that holds an edge, has high resistance to rust, and is quite frankly an easy to sharpen steel. It is and will always be my favorite blade steel.
This DH has absolutely ZERO blade play. Not even the slightest bit of flex. It is DEAD CENTERED. And it has that nice early lockup that we love to see in a frame lock.
Let me give you some specs before I keep rambling on about how I'm in love with this knife:
Overall Length: 8.625"
Blade Length: 3.79"
Cutting Edge: 3.5"
Blade Material: 154CM
Handle Length: 5.10"
Handle Material: G-10
Handle Color: BLACK
Frame Material: Titanium
Weight: 8.2 oz.
Pocket Clip: Right Hand, Tip-Up
Opener: Thumb Stud
Lock Type: Frame Lock
Country of Origin: USA
And then comes the pics. Admittedly, I'm not the best photographer and I don't have the best camera, but we have to deal with the cards we're dealt, so enjoy!
SOLD
