Issues: just some cosmetic blemishes which are visible in the pictures.

Okay redsquid if you’re on here I just got off phone with pay pal and they can’t do anything because it was sent by family and friends so I’ll have to pass on the knife. Guess I’ll mark that as a $115 learning experience. Good luck with a great looking knife

Sorry to hear this. Thievery completely sucks and these jabronis keep this up on this site.

I hope this doesn’t completely discourage you from this site. There are a lot of very talented makers on here, who offer their wares at very favorable prices.

FWIW, The gold membership allows you to talk directly to the maker/seller directly btw. Helps keep scummy people from injecting themselves into the conversation.

Wow it really sucks that that happened. Looks like the scammers moved in fast. Like they are lurking around looking for opportunities.

I ordered a few things lately, and I am not sure how they know when things are ordered, I received texts on my phone stating they had problems with the address at the warehouse where they ship from, and I should contact them within 12 hours by using the attached links. One of the red flags to watch out for is when they say it requires immediate attention, and if you look at who the texts or emails come from, you will notice it may contain a word UPS or USPS, but are NOT the official sites, it maybe off by a letter or comma, etc, it will lead you to another site that may look legitimate, or it may download malware. Or they may state you can clarify the issue if you send a small fee, which also could compromise private or financial information. Our work has also recommended you look out for misspellings and grammar errors in the body of an email, or if the messages were sent at a very odd time. Pay pal is no help if you send via friends and family, unless the culprit is a known scammer. I say use friends and family only if you know who you are dealing with, or I have more confidence if the person is a paid member here on the forums. Enough said
