I have an excellent shape Junglas. This is for the knife only....NO sheath. Anyways, I had to try chopping to see how it compared to my other choppers...to get the feel for the handle. I hit it on a 4x4 no more than 10 times...not at full force either. No edge damage. No coating damage. There are a few white marks on the coat near where it hit. I'm guessing a toothbrush and some soap will take it off. Besides that, never carried or used. The shiny stuff you see on the coat is gun oil that I put on the edge. It will come off if you use something like Dawn dishwashing detergent.
