Hi Folks
And here is the smallest of the SpeedLine kitchen knives... and probably one of the most used knives in any kitchen drawer.
With a generous, rounded handle, a rounded spine and finger guard/choil - this knife can be used all day. Brass Corby bolts on a black Jute Micarta handle with G10 liners. The balance point of this knife is near the front of the handle - just behind the first brass bolt.
A no-nonsense kitchen tool that looks the part and will last a lifetime!
Blade thickness: at handle - 1.7mm (0.07"), 1" from the tip - 1.2mm (0.05")
Blade length: 93mm (3.7")
Overall length: 192mm (7.5")
Blade height (at heel): 22mm (0.8")
Weight: 70g (2.5oz)
Balance point: just behind the front brass bolt
Handle material: Black Canvas Micarta with green vulcanized fibre liner. Brass Corby bolts.
