Hi Folks
It's been a while since I've had any new kitchen knives available... but here is the fist of a small batch...
The SpeedLine 8.5" Chef - a full sized, general purpose knife for the kitchen.
With a generous, rounded handle, a rounded spine and finger guard/choil - this knife can be used all day. Nickel Silver Corby bolts and pins, the handle is Juma Gem in a dark blue/grey color with red G10 liner. Juma Gem is a very tough, synthetic material that will not warp or crack and is impervious to water - very tough and will easily last a lifetime. The balance point of this knife is neutral - the front of the handle, at the finger guard/choil.
A no-nonsense kitchen tool that looks the part and will last a lifetime!
- Blade thickness: at handle - 2.5mm (0.1"), 1" from the tip - 1mm (0.39")
- Blade length: 213mm (8.4")
- Overall length: 333mm (13.1")
- Blade height (at heel): 50mm (1.9")
