This limited edition/sprint run Yojimbo 2 is outfitted with a black DLC coated CPM-S90V stainless steel blade and a brown G-10 handle with black non-reflective hardware. The low profile finish effectively eliminates the reflective signature making it an ideal choice for tactical applications.
Designed by noted personal-defense trainer Michael Janich, the Yojimbo 2 is a pioneer in the application of the Wharncliffe blade. Refined ergonomics complement the natural contours of the hand, ensuring maximum surface contact and positive control. They also encourage a thumb-forward grip and make the blade a natural extension of the hand. The straight cutting edge offers extreme cutting performance by transferring power all the way to the tip and ensures improved point strength. The handle has nested stainless steel liners and a Compression Lock. This knife is from the first batch of sprint runs. It has been carried a few times and used a few times to cut plastic wrap and tape. It feels great in the hand and pops open incredibly with the flick of the middle finger or the thumb. No trades.
