I'm the original owner and it's LNIB. Never cut or sharpened, but I may have carried it once or twice. Otherwise it's sat in my collection for years. The only modification I made is that I swapped the clip for an MXG clip. I do have the original and will include it as well as the box. Action is very smooth and flickable, but the close is not drop shut. Perhaps that could be adjusted by loosening the pivot, but I have not touched it. Lockup and centering are perfect.
