LNIB. Bought new from an authorized dealer. Switched the clip to tip up, opened/closed a few times and put in my pocket for a few hours. I prefer the ball lock Manix2.
That said, it's a really impressive knife. Locks up SOLID. Smooth and centered. Fine textured G-10.
