Puchased new and I'm the first owner. Has been handled, carried around the house, and paper cut tested. Clip was removed while handling to avoid marring the scale and is included, of course. Never touched up or sharpened. Blade is centered when closed, lock-up is solid with no play in any direction, open/close action is smooth, and flips easily with the medium/strong detent (perfect in my opinion). Overall in excellent condition. Box and paperwork included.
