The Para 2 is a Green Knifeworks exclusive with CTS-204P Steel. This knife has been carried and used to open boxes but never on a daily rotation. Blade has never been sharpened and is in great shape. The edge near the tip shows some minor wear under light. The G10 shows some signs of pocket carry and the pocket clip has been switched to tip-up. Blade centering favors the clip side a bit. Lock-up is early and smooth and there is a slight bit of up and down blade play if you really wrench on it. I emphasize "slight" because as someone who is more on the "perfectionist" side of the spectrum, it doesn't bother me at all. It does not effect the function and will probably settle in eventually anyway. I mention it in full disclosure. This knife should be purchased with the intention of being used.
SOLD
The Junkyard Dog is the 3 inch blade, model number 1720 w/ stainless scales. I do not know the steel. I got this about two years ago from a surplus store near my home where it had been a display knife for about five or six years. I have not carried, used or sharpened this knife. Action is very smooth and lock-up is solid at about 50% and smooth to engage. There is a slight bit if side to side play if you try hard enough. Blade centering is dead on. There are some slight specs of oxidation on both sides of the blade and a couple on the handle. The blade is sharp and has the factory edge but there are some visible nicks in the edge if you look under light. They could easily be sharpened out if desired.
