I got this new in box, but the box is gone (this is for knife only). PERFECTLY centered when closed and the action is amazing, and the only adjustments I did was to remove the clip and rear-most handle screw to smooth out the g10 under the clip. You can sort of see it in the pictures, but if you did not look for it, you would probably never know. I carried it one day, but the edge is factory new looking. Very nice, but I prefer the standard PM2.
