<<<SOLD>>> Full contour scales that closely resemble the Spyderco MILITARY model… machined from FiberSmith LVA 2x2 checkerboard 6k plain weave carbon fiber with a subtle seashell texturing… mounted onto a NEW Delica frame with VG-10 FFG blade. The smooth flush back spacer is machined out of black cotton canvas Micarta. The stainless liners have been profile modified in order to accommodate the addition of the choil. All stainless D-bolt hardware have been de-domed to a flatter profile and mirror polished. This knife comes complete with a Lynch NorthWest deep carry shorty Ti pocket clip in a flame fade anodized finish.
This is a PROTOTYPE and based on this machined result I will be adding a slight amount of additional thickness to allow for deeper hardware pockets. The TORX screws protrude above the scales surface a bit too much for my liking on this prototype. Not objectional... just an aesthetic improvement for the follow on scale sets.
