I recently purchased this knife from another Blade Forum member and just bought an original Rubicon 1 which I like better. Don't need/want them both. So, this is a "catch and release" for me.
I have never carried or used this knife. The prior owner said that he carried but never used the knife. However, he did sharpen it on WickedEdge system. There are some very light scratches on the flat portion of the clip side of the blade that are only visible in the "right" light and, while the blade is extremely sharp, a slight indentation has been ground into the end of the blade edge on both sides of the blade near the ricasso, as a result of the prior owner's sharpening of the knife. The knife otherwise looks "like new."
The asking price for this knife is extremely low. I don't think you can find one in as good condition for less anywhere else. I am losing a lot of $ on it. I just don't need it and want to pass it on to someone else who can make use of it.
It is being offered for sale on another site for a higher price to offset the applicable fees that have to be paid and are subject to prior sale there. You can take advantage of the lower price by buying it here.
