Recently got this within the past two weeks, catch and release kinda thing, but mainly because I also picked up a Spyderco Southard and that rules the roost now, so this one needs to go.

I have put a very nice Edgepro edge on this folder, razor sharp mirrored bevels.

Lockup is mint and solid, blade is perfectly centered when closed as well

Includes a braided leather fob and wooden bead on the knife as well.

Had some interest in the knife, hehe, but the messages from three different people were 'Hey, what did you use to get your finish on your blade ?' which is fine, I don't mind those questions at all, here's my reply in case there are others that are wondering the same thing;

Most would either learn how to sharpen as well, or pay to have someone put such an edge on the blade for them, here the knife comes to you all set, plus a braided leather fob too

Hi, use the EdgePro and Shapton stones from Here

I have the 220, 320, 500, 2k and 8k and then a leather strop, but not one for the edge pro, the Shaptons are the Glass type, not the Pro version. They are very nice stones and seem to last a long time.

The regular stones I sometimes use the Edgepro 120 if I have to really grind in a full new bevel, otherwise the Shaptons are it.

So there ya have it folks, the edge I put on the Southard also was quite nice too, but, that one's not for sale...yet

Was asked if I'd accept less for this, the answer is no, already taking a loss as it is, plus the shipping is included, great knife, good price, excellent edge, custom braided leather fob, soso bead but you can always replace the bead with one of your own
