Got a sweet offering for you late nighters and West coasters...
A carried and very lightly used spydiechef. I’m the original owner of this one. It has been carried more than a handful of times, but has very rarely ever been called on to cut anything. The titanium handles have scratches and snail trails all over them, as tends to happen with any of these that get carried. There are pics below to try and illustrate the types of scratches I’m talking about. The blade, however, shows no visible scratches or blemishes, and still has a pristine and extremely sharp factory edge..never touched up, stropped, or messed with in any way. This slicing machine has a smooth action, is extremely well centered, and locks up at around 85%ish. Comes with box and papers. Feel free to PM any questions or requests for additional pics.
