This is a real bear claw pendant made with sterling silver and turquoise. It is stamped RB which refers to the artists Richard & Rita Begay. Comes with a 20" sterling silver necklace.
Bear claw doesn't have a sterling fineness marking, but necklace is marked 925 Italy.
