Steve Kelly Scoundrel. Has a milled Ti frame, Steve’s hardware, and a CTS-XHP blade. Has never been used or carried … but I did refine/polish the edge. Both the blade and frame have a stone washed finish. Ships with a COA, Steve Kelly pouch and dog tag as well as a Steve Kelly patch and decal.
